The fully automatic low-temperature flexibility tester is designed as a waterproof (based on actual reports) coil low-temperature flexibility testing equipment. The controller uses an intelligent temperature controller, digital time relay, and related components. The connection between the controller and the host is entirely made using aviation plugs, which is simple, secure, and effectively saves instrument space
Used to determine the lower temperature at which asphalt waterproofing rolls (based on actual reports) bend around a specified rod without cracks under specified conditions. Working in frozen liquid air, it has the advantages of easy use and good intelligence, making it an ideal new standard product for testing units, coil production units, colleges and universities
Instructions for use
1. First, place the cooling tank into a low-temperature box and add refrigerant. Freeze the mixture of propylene glycol/water solution (volume ratio 1:1) and ethanol/water below -25 degrees or below -20 degrees (volume ratio 2:1) to the desired temperature. Then adjust the distance between the two circular shafts according to the test piece, that is, the diameter of the bent shaft+2mm+twice the thickness of the test piece. Place the test piece on the bent shaft and bracket, and then place it in the cooled low-temperature water tank, with the upper end of the test piece 10mm below the freezing liquid level.
2. Connect the controller to the power supply and set the specified temperature and time according to the standard. At this time, the temperature display is the temperature in the coolant. Press the start button once. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the time starts to count. When the set time is reached, the bending shaft starts to rise against the specimen at a speed of 360mm/min. When the bending shaft stops, the test is completed and the specimen is checked for cracks. Press the down key to bend the axis down to the starting point
Precautions
1. It is strictly prohibited to touch the instrument housing directly with hands during work to prevent getting sick at low temperatures.
2、 After the experiment is completed, remove the instrument from the low-temperature chamber, wipe it clean, and place it in a dry place
3、 Grounding is required when using the instrument
