This machine is driven by a rebound single element series motor, with gear reduction, circular column guide rail, and manual feed for screw lifting. 3. Construction and principle
1. Construction of grinding machine: mainly composed of rebound single-phase series machine electric and gearbox The machine is composed of three main parts: the grinding head body, the column, the screw, the lifting handle and dial, as well as the chassis, the fixture, and the foot screws. It is easy to clamp the concrete core sample, has good accuracy, good grinding quality, simple operation, and good performance
2、 Working principle: This machine relies on a flat grinding head equipped with diamond cutting tools to achieve the end face grinding of concrete core samples at a given speed. The machine adopts a circular column guide rail and a screw lifting manual feeding method to protect the smooth and excellent operation of the grinding head
4. Usage:
1、 Select the corresponding fixture based on the diameter of the core sample and firmly clamp it onto the small circular column
2、 Loosen the main body fixing bolt, rotate the screw lifting handle, select the required size, and tighten the dial
3、 Open the inlet valve to allow water to flow, place the splash guard and close the power switch to rotate the grinding head
4、 The main body of the hand is slowly approaching the core sample and starting to sharpen, repeating several times
5、 Loosen the small round column and the ingot screw of the fixture, install the piece firmly in reverse, repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 until the core sample end face meets the requirements
Fifth, Operating Procedures
1. Connect the power and water sources.
2、 Select the corresponding fixture based on the diameter of the core sample, clamp the core sample and rotate it to the center position of the chassis, then tighten the fixture
3、 Release the upper and lower cable tightening handwheels, rotate the lifting handwheel, and stop when the grinding wheel end face is 1mm away from the core sample end face. Then tighten the cable handle, open the water inlet valve to allow water to flow, and close the power switch to rotate the grinding wheel. Then turn the handwheel counterclockwise and clockwise at the same time to lower the grinding head. When the grinding wheel end surface contacts the sample end surface, swing the grinding head for grinding until the sample end surface is smoothed
4、 After grinding, turn off the power and water nozzle valve, and turn the micro handwheel counterclockwise to place it in the upper good position
5、 Release the clamp cable handle, remove the clamp together with the sample and install it in reverse. Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 to grind the other end face. Until the end face of the core sample meets the requirements
6、 After using the grinding machine, turn off the power and wipe the machine clean
