HLY-E Fully Automatic Asphalt Mixture Centrifugal Extraction Instrument

1、 The HLY-E fully automatic asphalt mixture centrifugal extractor (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is mainly used for determining the asphalt content (or oil stone ratio) in asphalt mixtures mixed with viscous petroleum asphalt by centrifugal separation method, and can perform preliminary screening of aggregates to evaluate the quality of commercial asphalt during road construction. It is also suitable for detecting the asphalt content of asphalt and asphalt mixtures during old road investigation. It is a necessary equipment for construction units, laboratories, research units, and teaching institutions in the highway transportation industry

III The structure principle of the fully automatic centrifugal extraction instrument for asphalt mixture is as follows: 

1. The instrument consists of a chassis, centrifugal separation system, electromagnetic vibration screening system, solvent supply system, solvent recovery system, electrical controller, etc

2、 The centrifugal separation system consists of a centrifugal shaft (equipped with fine ball bearings), a centrifugal cylinder, a centrifugal shaft sleeve, a collection tank, a dual speed motor, a high-speed transmission flat belt, etc

3、 The electromagnetic vibration screening system consists of a vibrating electromagnet, a conical screening seat, an adjustable tightening handle, a sieve, a spray cover, and a locking nut

4、 The solvent supply system consists of a liquid supply pipe, a solvent pump, a pump infusion pipe, an extraction pipe, and a cleaning pipe

5、 The solvent recovery system consists of a solvent chamber, a solvent recovery chamber, a condenser box, etc. The solvent chamber is equipped with cooling pipes, direct reading level gauges, and solvent discharge valves. The upper part of the solvent recovery room is equipped with a cooling grille. The recycling room is equipped with a cleaning nozzle, one multifunctional integrated liquid level switch, one electric heater, one temperature sensor, a liquid level gauge, and a mixed liquid discharge valve

6、 The solvent chamber and condensation chamber of the cooling water circulation system are equipped with water-cooled coils, which are connected to the water pump through external hoses. The cooling water pressure should be greater than 2 bar, and the water temperature should be below 12 ℃. The upper hose of the condensation chamber is the inlet pipe, and the lower hose of the solvent chamber is the drain pipe
