Introduction to JJ-5 cement mortar mixer:

1. Purpose and Scope of Application: It is a standard equipment manufactured according to the unified drawings of China National Building Materials Institute Cement Institute, which complies with the Chinese implementation of the reputation strength test method (ISO679-1989 (E)). It can also replace GB3350.1-82 as a mixer for GB177-85 cement mortar test method. And it can be used as a grout and mortar mixer for cement testing according to American standards, European standards, and Japanese standards. This machine is one of the excellent equipment required by cement plants, construction units, relevant specialized universities, and research units for cement testing laboratories

III. Main Structure and Working Principle:

1、 Structure: It mainly consists of a dual speed motor, sanding box, transmission box, spindle, eccentric seat, mixing blade, mixing pot, base, column, support, outer cover, program controller, etc

2、 Working principle (see Figure 1)

The dual speed motor 

(1) transmits power to the worm (3) inside the transmission box (10) through the coupling (2), and then transmits it to the main shaft (8) through the worm gear (6) and a pair of gears (7) and (9) for deceleration. The main shaft drives the eccentric seat (12) to rotate synchronously, causing the stirring blade (16) fixed on the eccentric seat (12) to revolve. At the same time, the stirring blade rotates around the fixed internal gear (11) through the planetary gear (13) at the upper end of the stirring blade shaft (14). The mixing pot (17) and the support (18) are locked by eccentric groove rotation. After adding sand to the sand tank, it can be automatically or manually added at a specified time. The handle (20) is used for lifting and positioning the mixing pot position

4. Lifting and Installation

1. This machine does not have a lifting device and can be manually transported.

2、 The installation of this machine only requires placing the host on a flat cement platform and placing a layer of 5-8mm thick rubber plate on the bottom surface

Fifth, Operation and Use

Insert the power plug of this machine into the power socket and turn on the power. The red indicator light is on to indicate that the power is connected. Then insert the controller plug into the local controller socket. The digital tube of the controller displays 0. Fill 1350g of standard sand into the sand tank (4), and 225g of water and 450g of cement into the mixing pot (17). Insert the mixing pot (17) into the positioning hole of the support (18), turn the pot clockwise until it is locked, and then turn the handle (22) to move the mixing pot (17) upward to the mixing working position.

There are two types of electrical operation: manual and automatic.

1. Automatic: Turn the knob switch 1K to the automatic position, press the start button of the program controller, and the program will automatically complete a low speed of 30 seconds - then a low speed of 30 seconds, and automatically add sand - high speed of 30 seconds - stop for 90 seconds - high speed of 60 seconds - stop rotating.

. The entire process takes 240 seconds ± 1 second. Then, turn the handle (20) to move the mixing pot (17) downwards, turn the mixing pot (17) counterclockwise to the release position, and remove the mixing pot

2、 Manual: Turn the knob switch to the manual position, and the machine will rotate. According to the needs of the test, the rotation time of low and high speed can be controlled arbitrarily, and the sand addition time can be controlled early, late, long, or short during slow rotation. The toggle switch 2K controls low and high speed, while 3K controls sanding and stopping sanding

Attention: The three-phase power supply wiring of the socket should ensure that the direction of blade revolution is consistent with the direction marked on the machine body, otherwise it is very easy to damage the mixing mechanism. If the direction is opposite, any two wires in the three-phase power supply line can be swapped and connected

VI. Adjustment and Maintenance

1. Adjustment: The working gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot has been adjusted to a range of 3 ± 1mm before leaving the factory.

The working clearance between the mixing blade and the mixing pot can be adjusted by loosening the adjusting nut (15) and rotating the mixing blade to move up and down. After checking the correct clearance with a detection rod, tighten the adjusting nut (15)

2、 Maintenance:

(1) The workplace should be kept clean. After each use, the mixing blades and residual mortar inside and outside the mixing pot should be thoroughly removed, and scattered and splashed mortar and dirt on the machine should be cleaned. After wiping dry, cover with a protective cover to prevent dust

(2) This machine does not have an external refueling hole. Lubricate the moving parts such as the worm gear, gear, and bearings inside the transmission box once a season. When refueling, open the upper box cover and then open the transmission box cover. Oil should be regularly dripped between the support and the column guide rail, as well as between the lifting mechanism. Maintain the machine once a year, clean it completely, and add lubricating oil and grease

(3) When encountering metal impact noise during machine operation, the first thing to check is whether the gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot is correct

(4) When using a mixing pot, handle it gently and do not collide it randomly to avoid deformation of the mixing pot

(5) Electrical insulation should be checked regularly, and the cold insulation resistance should be ≥ 5M Ω at a temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50%~70%
