LD-50 Rockwell Clamp Tester

The LD-50 Rockwell clamp tester is mainly used to check whether the quality of the Rockwell clamp meets the requirements. It is also used to measure the stability of cement by filling the Rockwell ring mold with cement slurry of standard consistency, and determining the distance between the two pointers of the Rockwell clamp after curing and boiling for a certain time

4. Use

1. The elasticity requirement test of the Rayleigh clamp: fix the string on the measuring instrument to the root of one pointer of the Rayleigh clamp, hang a 300g weight on the root of the other pointer, and read on the left ruler.

2、 Expansion value measurement: Place the Le Chatelier clamp with the test piece taken out of the boiling box on the cushion block, with the pointer facing up. After leveling, read the upper ruler. Then calculate the expansion value according to GB1346-89

Fifth, Maintenance

1. Regularly check the perpendicularity of the left arm bracket and the support rod, and whether all fasteners are loose.

2、 There should be no rust, stains, dirt or other substances on the cushion block

3、 After use, apply anti rust oil to the ruler and store it properly to avoid rust and damage
