The 10KN electronic flexural and compressive testing machine is a newly developed product by our company. It uses a stepper motor as the power source to drive a fine ball screw for loading, and adopts an EBC-1000 color screen controller for fully automatic control of the machine. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, and simple operation. Mainly used for flexural strength testing of materials such as cement, red bricks, refractory bricks, etc., it can automatically load according to the loading speed specified in the corresponding national standards. During the loading process, it can dynamically display the load, speed, time, and test curve in real time, and has the function of maintaining the test force. After the test is completed, the test results can be automatically saved, queried, and printed

1. The controller uses control software under the Microsoft WINCE operating system, which has excellent functions and simple operation;
2、 Supports membrane key operation, as well as external standard keyboard and mouse for operation
3、 Support printing test reports using micro printers or HP inkjet printers, with both options available
4、 The up and down arrow keys can be used to adjust the fast/slow lifting and lowering of the pressure head, with flexible operation and easy switching

6、 Equipped with upper and lower limit protection functions as well as overload and overcurrent protection functions for larger working positions, excellent and safe
7、 It can achieve control functions such as constant rate loading, load holding, and constant rate unloading, with the characteristics of smooth loading and good control accuracy
8、 Equipped with Ethernet communication interface, it can communicate and control with computers online through Ethernet, or conveniently realize the networking of testing machines through Ethernet
