Introduction to residual deformation tester for steel bar mechanical connection:
1. Main indicators
1. Meet the standard: JGJ107-2010 "Technical Specification for Mechanical Connection of Steel Reinforcement" (implemented on October 1, 2010)
Mean: represents the average value of PV1 and PV2 channels
PV1: represents the deformation measurement value of the good sales road extensometer
PV2: represents the deformation measurement value of the excellent road extensometer
2. Main features
1. The residual deformation tester for steel bar mechanical connections consists of two precision adjustable gauge extensometers with consistent sensitivity, forming a double-sided extensometer that directly measures the average deformation of the sample on both sides, and the measurement results are accurate;
2、 Two extensometers with adjustable gauge length, range of 50-260mm, measuring range of 5mm or 10mm
3、 The four digit, three row, two input precision is suitable for digital display meters, and the circuit part adopts a 24 bit A/D precision suitable for IC chip design, which displays the true deformation of two extensometers in real time with stable and excellent numerical values
4、 The digital display is easy to set up and comes with a password lock setting function to avoid accidental changes to the set values
5、 Elastic connections (such as springs and rubber bands) are used between the bilateral extensometers and the steel bars, making it easy to clamp the specimens and ensuring a long service life
6、 This instrument is carefully designed by dedicated personnel based on actual conditions, with a reasonable structure, and is very suitable for use in construction quality inspection departments for testing
III. Main Configuration
1. Two variable gauge extensometers;
2、 One digital display meter with suitable accuracy
3、 One set of commonly used tool attachments
4、 One user manual
5、 One instrument packaging box (340 × 230 × 110mm)
IV. Relevant Explanation
1. According to the national standard JGJ107-2010 "Technical Specification for Mechanical Connection of Reinforcing Bars", the deformation performance level of the joint of two reinforcing bars mechanically connected by cylindrical sleeves in uniaxial tensile testing is required for the main product: residual deformation u0 ≤ 0.10mm (reinforcing bar diameter d ≤ Φ 32mm) and u0 ≤ 0.14mm (reinforcing bar diameter d>Φ 32mm).
. The residual deformation measured in actual work is generally between 0.030mm and 0.080mm. The residual deformation is very small2、 The residual deformation tester for steel bars is most accurate only when using double-sided extensometers to measure the deep data
3、 Only by using elastic connections (such as springs and rubber bands) between the double-sided extensometer and the steel reinforcement can the measured data be of good quality. Multiple experiments have shown that although mechanical rigid connections are convenient for connection, the measurement data has a large error of more than 1%, poor repeatability, and poor data quality, which cannot pass metrological verification
