1、 Purpose: The ball bearing wear-resistant testing machine is mainly suitable for testing according to the national standard GB/T16925-1997; Test Methods for Performance of Concrete and Its Products; It is a specialized testing machine for testing the performance of concrete and its products (pavement bricks, floor tiles, artificial marble, terrazzo, etc.) and other building materials for wear resistance (based on actual reports). It is also one of the required equipment for municipal, highway, and bridge construction units, as well as for concrete product factories and research laboratories

3. Structural composition: The main unit consists of a base (1), a column (13), a frame (11), a motor (15), a hollow shaft (5), and a grinding head (Ball bearings) (4), specimen fixture (2), etc. The motor (15) is connected to the frame (11) and drives the hollow shaft (5) to work through the belt (12). When the hollow shaft (5) is unconstrained in the vertical direction, the self weight of the hollow shaft (5) and the auxiliary parts of the hanging (10) are all pressed on the grinding head

4. Installation and Use:

1、 This machine is packaged in wooden boxes. After opening the box, the product certificate, packing list, user manual, and other relevant documents should be checked for completeness. The contents inside the box should also be checked for completeness and conformity based on the product packaging

2、 The testing machine that has passed the box inspection should be placed horizontally on the workbench. This machine does not require special foundations or anchor bolts, as long as the level and stability are protected

3、 Plug in the inlet pipe (20) and connect it to the water source, plug in the outlet pipe (17), connect the four pin plug of this machine to the three-phase 380V AC power supply (18), and ensure good grounding before it can be put into use

4、 Place the worn surface of specimen (3) facing upwards into the specimen fixture frame (2), which has a moving plate (24) that can be adjusted according to the different widths of the specimen. Adjust the horizontal position of the worn surface through the horizontal adjustment disc (23), and then rotate the clamping screw (22) to clamp the specimen

5、 Place the grinding head (4) on the grinding surface, rotate the lifting handle (16) to lower the frame (11) and the hollow shaft (5) and press them onto the grinding head (4). The ball bearings of the grinding head should be aligned with the lower end raceway of the hollow shaft to prevent the hollow shaft from touching the sensor (6) on the grinding head. Continue to rotate the lifting handle (16) to lower the frame (11) until the top of the sensor (6) is aligned with the red engraved line (7). At the same time, the measuring rod of the dial gauge (9) should be in contact with the top plate (8) and should be in good condition; A mileage of 5mm

7、 Turn on the locking handle (19) and the protective cover (21) on the board to open the water source. When the water continuously flows towards the worn surface of the test piece (3) inside the hollow shaft, start the test

8、 Press the "Desire" button on controller (18), and motor (15) will start working. When grinding head (4) rotates about 30 revolutions, it will automatically stop. Record the reading on dial gauge (9), press the "Reset" button to reset the digital display to zero. Then press the "start" button again, and the machine will start running. When the grinding head (4) rotates to 1000 revolutions, it will automatically stop recording the reading on the dial gauge. Press the "start" button again, and the machine will continue to run. After every 1000 revolutions, the grinding head (4) will automatically stop and record the reading on the dial gauge. However, when it reaches 5000 revolutions, the machine will automatically stop and lock itself. To restart the machine, the "reset" button needs to be pressed to ensure normal operation. During the operation of the machine, if the test needs to be paused, the "stop" button can be pressed to automatically save the stopped data for the continuity of the test data. 10、 After the experiment is completed, turn off the water and power sources, and remove the specimen

5. Maintenance and upkeep:

1、 After the experiment is completed, dry the testing machine, main column, and all working parts with water, and then add rust proof oil

2、 The transmission part of this machine should be lubricated regularly and run once a month when not in use

3、 During use, the diameter of the grinding ball should be regularly checked& amp; Lt; 15.675MM needs to be replaced

6. Precautions:

1、 The machine adopts a three-phase 380V power supply, and the machine casing needs to be grounded. It is strictly prohibited to use the equipment without good grounding

2、 During the operation of the grinding head, the dial gauge needs to be fixed, and the measuring head of the dial gauge is disconnected from the top plate. When the operation stops, the measuring head contacts the top plate and reads

3、 In the experiment, the dial gauge measured that the scale of the grinding surface should not exceed 1.5mm to prevent wear and damage to the bearing frame of the grinding head, and further testing is not allowed

4、 This machine uses a sensor receiving system to measure the rotation speed of the grinding head. Once the grinding head is found to be running and the digital display of the controller stops, the machine should be stopped immediately to check whether the position of sensor (6) is in the sensor receiving area
